Stepping into Summer & Stepping into Self

Hey beautiful souls! I hope the transition in the seasons, transitions from school to break---and everything in between has been treating you and your family right. I started mine off being sick and energetically making room for things that have been needing to be made room for and to me that feels so so good to be on the other end of.

As we prepare for all of the relaxing, the running, the swimming and all the sports events---do not forget to step into yourself, replenishing and nurture back into you while you are making those core summer moments and memories for those you love---Don't forget to make some for yourself too!

I truly appreciate every single one of you---I appreciate the time you make in balancing your mind, body, and spirt---Listening when you feel called for certain events---missing certain events because you listened to your body. They both are beautiful, and they both are powerful, and I hope you know that you are doing an amazing job here with how fast everything moves in this world---taking the time to stop and stepping into your true self--I am proud of you. You should be too.
